Daily Resource 1: Always Time to Exercise

For the month of September I am offering a daily resource or book recommendation for creating a balanced body, mind, and spirit.


You may believe you have no time to exercise, but you always have options. 

Even if you only have 15 minutes, you can plan ahead the night before: 

Google “YouTube yoga class 15 minutes” and see what pops up. 

You can also try Gaiam or free classes on Konoz.io. Ali Kamenova is one of my favorites. 

**Or, look for my online Sunday Night yoga class coming this fall. 

For Pilates, try Blogilates.com with Cassey Ho. She has free classes online or through her app for all levels and time constraints.
